Questions About The Switch Offer
How many sites can I migrate?
Any amount — as long as it’s 10 or more. The minimum to qualify is 10 sites and a PBN10 subscription. There’s no upper limit. Move 10, 50, 500, or 5,000 sites — same offer, same free month.
What does “first month free” actually cover?
After your 7-day free trial ends, we manually apply a one-month credit to whichever PBN package you choose (PBN10 and above). For 30 days you pay nothing. Month two onwards you’re on the standard published rate — and you can cancel any time.
Can I claim the free month on multiple accounts?
No. The offer is one free month per person. If we detect multiple accounts from the same person trying to stack free months, we’ll cancel the duplicate credits.
Will my sites have downtime during migration?
There will be some downtime, but we keep it to an absolute minimum. Sites are briefly unavailable while we restore backups and while your nameservers propagate after the switch. Most sites are back up within minutes; full DNS propagation can take a few hours depending on TTLs.
Do I have to give you my current host login?
Yes — that’s how we pull your sites and backups. We rotate or ask you to rotate the credentials the moment migration finishes. Full handling of credentials is covered in the Terms & Conditions.
What if my current host doesn’t have one-click WordPress login?
Just tick the box on the form and add your WordPress admin URL, username, and password for each site. We’ll log in directly to take backups.
Do I have to change my own nameservers?
Your choice. On the form you can tick “I’ll change them myself” (we’ll email you when sites are ready) or “I want help” and provide your registrar login — we’ll do it for you.
What proof of hosting do you need?
A recent invoice from your current host, a screenshot of their control panel showing your sites, or any other clear evidence the sites are currently hosted with another provider. Upload it on the form.
How long does the migration take?
Depends on the size of your network. 10–50 sites is usually 24–72 hours. Larger networks (500+) we plan and migrate in batches over several days so we don’t overload anything.
What if migration fails or I’m not happy?
We don’t touch your old host until the new sites are live and tested on PBN.LTD. If anything goes wrong we roll back — your old host is untouched. If you’re not happy, you cancel and walk away. The free month is yours regardless.
