Do I need a hosting plan?
No. Reputation monitoring is sold on its own and works for any business, whether or not its website is hosted with us.
Why do I have to confirm my profiles?
Because a business name can match more than one profile — branches, chains, businesses with the same name in another town. We show you what we found and you tick the ones that are really yours. We never read or show a profile you have not confirmed.
Can you remove bad reviews or search results?
No, and nobody honest can promise that. We show you what customers see, early, so you can answer a review or improve what is on page one yourself.
Is this social-media monitoring?
No. It covers review profiles on Google, Trustpilot and Tripadvisor and the first page of Google for your brand terms. For every other page on the web that mentions you, see brand mentions.
What if I am not on Trustpilot or Tripadvisor?
Then choose “none of these” for that platform and we simply watch the others. “No profile found” is shown as exactly that — never as “no reviews”.
How often are my reviews read?
Every week, automatically. You can also press “read it again now” once a day for any business.
Do you need access to my Google or Trustpilot account?
No. We only read what any customer can see. To reply to a review you use the platform itself — each review has a link straight to it.
Can I cancel?
Nothing renews automatically. We remind you before your plan ends, and your businesses, readings and reviews are kept whether you renew or not.
