How buying works — honestly
Aged domains are not a download. A real domain has to move from one registrar account to another, and that part is done by people. Here is exactly what happens.
We check it before you pay
When you open a domain, its availability and price are checked live. They are checked once more before your payment is taken, and again before we confirm the order.
Your order opens a ticket
After payment, a support ticket is raised for our team automatically, with everything they need. You can follow it and reply to it from your account.
We transfer the domain to you
Our team contacts you within one working day to complete the transfer — to your own registrar account, or onto a site on your PBN LTD account. Transfers between registrars can take several days; we keep you updated on the ticket.
If the domain has gone: domains sell quickly. If it has been sold in the meantime you are not charged — or, if the payment has already gone through, you are refunded in full.

A brand-new domain starts with nothing: no links, no history, no trust. An aged domain that was once a real website often still carries links from other sites that pointed to it for years. Is the domain transferred instantly?
No, and we would rather say so up front. Each purchase raises a ticket for our team, who contact you within one working day and then move the domain to your registrar account or onto your PBN LTD account. Transfers between registrars can take several days, depending on the registrars involved.
What if somebody else buys it first?
Availability and price are checked before your payment is taken and again before the order is confirmed. If the domain has gone, you are not charged; if the payment has already gone through, you are refunded in full.
How current is the list?
It is refreshed every hour: new domains are added, sold ones are removed and changed prices or metrics are updated.
