The web server itself is LiteSpeed Enterprise, and LSCache is built into it. A cached page is handed straight to the visitor by the server — PHP is never started and the database is never asked — so a page that took hundreds of milliseconds to build is served in a handful.

Your site is backed up every day into object storage, not left on the machine it runs on, where one disk failure would take both. A restore is a job you start from the dashboard.
Trust
The certificate is issued and renewed for you and never expires quietly. It is not an add-on and it is not charged for.
