Embedded content from other websites

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
We use analytics (Google Analytics) to see how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and where visits come from.
Your account and the services you use
If you have an account with us, we hold what we need to provide and bill our services: your account details (name, email address, phone number, country and company, if given); billing records (invoices, payments, plan and VAT details – card and PayPal details are held by our payment providers, not by us); the sites, files and databases you host with us; your support tickets and messages to us; and logs, including IP addresses, which we keep for security, to prevent abuse and to fix faults.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with: our payment providers (FastSpring and PayPal) to take payments; Google, for advertising as described in “Advertising (Google Ads Customer Match)” below and for website statistics (Google Analytics); our email delivery provider (Resend), which sends the account, billing and support emails our service needs to send you; and, only when you choose to use them, our AI support assistant and our phone app’s push notifications, both described below. You can read more in FastSpring’s privacy policy also.
Advertising (Google Ads Customer Match)
We advertise our services with Google Ads. To show our adverts to existing and former customers, and to avoid showing them to people who already use our services, we may share your email address, phone number, first and last name, country and postcode with Google through its Customer Match feature.
These details are encrypted with a one-way hash (SHA-256) on our own servers before they are sent, so Google receives codes, not the details themselves. Google uses them only to match them with Google accounts and then deletes the matching data, as set out in Google’s Customer Match policy. Google never receives your password, payment details, sites or any other account information.
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in marketing our own services to our customers.
You can opt out at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing emails or write to [email protected], and you are removed from these lists at the next daily update. You can also manage personalised advertising in your Google account at myadcenter.google.com.
Our support assistant
If you ask our support assistant a question, in the app or on our website, your question is sent to one of our AI providers so it can write an answer: normally Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) only as a back-up if Anthropic cannot be reached. If you are signed in and the assistant needs your account details to answer you, such as your site names and their status, those are sent too.
This only happens when you choose to ask the assistant a question – it is never sent if you contact our team another way. You can read more in Anthropic’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Notifications in our phone app
If you install our phone app and allow notifications, we send them through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, and on iPhones they are then delivered by Apple’s push notification service. These services receive your device’s notification address (called a device token) and the text of the notification, only so they can deliver it to your phone. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or in your phone’s settings.
AI apps you connect (API and MCP)
You can connect an AI app, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your PBN.LTD account through our API and MCP server. You approve each app yourself on a PBN.LTD page after you sign in, and you can limit it to chosen permissions or sites. The app can then act only within what you approved, and only until you revoke it.
- We keep a record of each connected app, what you allowed it, when it was last used and the requests it makes, like any API key.
- The app receives a short-lived access token and a refresh token that changes every time it is used; we store only one-way hashes of them.
- The app receives only the answers to the requests it makes for you. The company that makes the app handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- You can see and revoke every connected app at any time on your API keys page; a revoked app stops working immediately.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
To delete your PBN.LTD hosting account and all its data (sites, mailboxes, backups and account details), use Delete my account in your dashboard or the app, or e-mail us from your account’s address. What is deleted, when, and what we keep: Delete your account.
