Do the sites have to be hosted with you?
No. Any domain works, wherever it is hosted, and you do not need a hosting plan with us. Nothing is installed on the sites.
What if I have more than 200 domains?
Add blocks of 10 extra domains, as many as you need. Adding them part-way through a period costs only the days left.
Can I switch a site off?
Yes, at any time. A switched-off domain keeps its history but is not read and not counted in your plan, so you can make room for another and switch it back on later.
How do I get my domains in?
Paste a list, or import a CSV file with the domain in the first column, an optional client label in the second and an optional note in the third. You can also add them over the API.
Can my clients see it?
Through your white-label client reports: tick the “Authority and links” section and each client sees only their own domains, under your brand.
Is the export safe to open in Excel?
Yes. The CSV is built so that nothing in it can run as a formula when you open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
How often are the numbers read?
Every week, automatically. You can also press “read all now” once a day. A figure that could not be measured shows as a dash, never as a zero.
Can I cancel?
Nothing renews automatically. We remind you before the plan ends, and your domains and their history are kept whether you renew or not.
