How it works
Pick a level
Open Performance Boost from the menu in your dashboard. You see the three levels with the monthly price already worked out for the number of sites in your account. Pick one, choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and pay with PayPal (which also takes cards) or crypto.
Every site gets it within minutes
There is nothing to install or configure. Within a few minutes of paying, every site in your account runs with the extra CPU and memory — and so does every site you add while the boost is on.
Change it whenever you like
Moving up a level costs only the difference for the days left in your paid period. A lower level, or stopping, takes effect when you renew and charges nothing. You also find Performance Boost on each site’s page in the dashboard.
Priced per site, for the whole account
In US dollars per site per month, with a small monthly minimum, plus VAT where it applies. The price is worked out on the number of sites in your account and only re-checked when you renew.

Which sites get the boost?
Every site in your account that you host with us — you do not choose sites one by one. Sites you add while the boost is on get it automatically.
How is the price worked out?
Per site per month: $0.10 for 1.5x, $0.20 for 2x and $0.40 for 3x, with a monthly minimum of $9.99, $19.99 and $39.99. It is worked out on the number of sites in your account when you pay, and re-checked only when you renew — adding sites mid-period costs nothing extra until then.
What exactly gets more?
The CPU and memory limits your sites run with. At 2x, the web server, PHP and the database behind every one of your sites get twice the CPU and twice the memory of our standard hosting; at 3x, three times.
Do I need to change anything on my sites?
No. There is nothing to install or configure. Your sites get the extra CPU and memory within a few minutes of paying.
Can I move up or down a level?
Yes. Moving up takes effect straight away and costs only the difference for the days left in the period you have paid for. Moving down takes effect when you renew and charges nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
Your boost stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your sites go back to our standard hosting. Nothing else changes, and nothing more is charged. Paid time is not refunded.
Does it renew automatically?
No. We e-mail you a week before it ends with the renewal price for the sites you have then. Renew from the Performance Boost page in your dashboard.
Is Performance Boost the same as Redis?
No, they work well together. Redis keeps ready answers in memory so a site does less work per page; Performance Boost gives every site more CPU and memory to do the work it still has to do.
