Do I need a hosting plan?
No. Competitor tracking is sold on its own and works for any domain, hosted with us or not.
How is this different from Domain overview?
Domain overview is a full report of one domain whenever you ask for it. Competitor tracking watches the domains you choose every week, keeps the history and e-mails you when one jumps — and links to the full report when you want to dig deeper.
Will the competitor know?
No. We only read what search engines and the public web already show. Nothing is sent to the domain you watch.
Which countries?
United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Canada and Australia, chosen per domain. You can watch the same domain in two countries; each counts once.
What counts as a jump?
A competitor’s traffic estimate, keywords, referring domains or domain rank moving by more than a set amount between two weekly readings. Very small domains, where a handful of visits makes a big percentage, are not called jumps.
How often are domains read?
Every week, automatically. You can also press “read it again now” once a day for any domain.
Can I cancel?
Nothing renews automatically. We remind you before your packs end, and your domains and their history are kept whether you renew or not.
