An abuse report is opened when we receive a complaint about content or activity on your hosting, or when our own checks find something. Each report tells you what was reported, what you need to do, and a deadline for your answer.
💡 Answer before the deadline
If the deadline passes without an answer, the site may be taken offline until the report is settled. Nothing is deleted.
What’s in this guide
Finding your reports
Open Abuse reports. Open reports are listed first, with how much time is left; you also get an e-mail when one is opened.
Answering a report
- Read the complaint and “What you need to do”.
- Fix the problem on the site (the File Manager, SFTP or a clean backup).
- Reply on the report page – explain what you changed, and attach anything useful.
- Press the button that marks it fixed. Our team checks it and closes the report.
If a site was taken offline
Visitors see a notice instead of the site; nothing has been deleted. You can still work on the files so you can put things right (the report says until when), or reply on the report to ask us to open the File Manager. The site comes back once we have checked it.
